Make Dilger League's Top Tight End, Sign 5 Year Deal
February
2000, could go down as one of the best months in Ken Dilger's life.
On Thursday, he signed a five year pact with the Indianapolis Colts
which will make him the highest paid tight end in the league and any
day now he and his wife Heidi are expecting their first child. Although
the couple chose not to know whether the little Dilger is a boy or
a girl, they definitely know where he or she will grow up.

Talks About the '99 Season & How He Rates His Performance.
This season Ken caught
over 40 passes for the first time since 1996. Although the season
was full of ups and downs statistically speaking, the Colts big tight
end was one of the steadiest players on the team. Ken missed only
one game after suffering a mild concussion. He also scored a pair
of touchdowns and was a big reason the Colts pulled out a few of the
late season victories. We sat down with Ken and asked him how he thinks
he performed this season and what his expectations were for the team
and how well they faired. Click here
to here what Ken had to say.
